Richard Hall

Executive Director / Managing Partner

Mr. Hall is the President of the Valour Group of Companies. The Valour Group consists of various integrated real estate service companies providing services including development, construction, asset management, property management and financial services. Mr. Hall has over 25 years of experience as an asset manager, project manager, development manager, construction manager and real estate advisor. Mr. Hall has managed various commercial and multi-residential projects and portfolios. Mr. Hall has been responsible for a portfolio in excess of 8 Million square feet with asset value in excess of $1 Billion. His expertise includes asset management planning, acquisitions, due diligence reviews, real estate work-outs, property repositioning, valuations, development, financing, property dispositions, leasing and project marketing. Mr. Hall holds a Bachelor’s Degree form York University, is a licensed commercial real estate broker and a Certified Property Manager (CPM®) with REIC/IREM. He is also a licensed mortgage broker acting as the Principal Broker (under FSCO) for Pro Funds Mortgages. One of the core objectives of the Valour Group is to effectively manage risk in the projects undertaken.

Prior Professional Achievements/Experience:

  • Cumulative real estate management portfolio in excess of 20 Million sq. ft. including 10,000 residential units.
  • Extensive experience on managing/administering construction activity including ongoing life-cycle capital repairs, building renovation, complete building rehabilitation and tenant leasehold improvements.
  • Commercial Real estate sales and leasing.
  • Numerous acquisitions and dispositions of Office, Industrial and Multi-residential properties.
  • Numerous commercial lease negotiations of Office, Industrial and Retail space.
  • New home construction and ONHWP (Tarion) registration.
  • Sub-division development and conversion projects
  • Due diligence reviews for acquisitions.
  • Opinions of Values and Market Studies.

Carmen Campagnaro

Executive Director / Managing Partner

Ms. Campagnaro is founder and President of Pro Funds Mortgages ( and several other real estate companies. She has been active in the real estate industry for the past 25 years with expertise in mortgage finance and real estate investment. Ms. Campagnaro has been investing in real estate since the age of 18 and has acquired various multi-residential and commercial investments over the years. Ms. Campagnaro has been providing mortgage finance and advisory services in the residential, multi-residential and commercial real estate sectors to borrowers, and to both private and institutional lenders. Over the last 20 years, Ms. Campagnaro has arranged and coordinated mortgage funding in excess of $1.5 Billion, including commercial properties, multi-residential properties, land, developments, mezzanine financing and construction financing. Ms. Campagnaro’s success can be attributed to her constant drive to assist clients to achieve their financial goals.

Prior Professional Achievements / Experience:

  • Licensed Mortgage Agent since 2000.
  • Pro Funds (Mortgages) – President and Partner (over past 20 years).
  • Acquired various multi-residential and commercial real estate properties representing over 1000 residential units and 500,000 sq. ft. of commercial space.
  • Various re-development / re-positioning initiatives on properties owned.
  • Established a large and active private mortgage investor pool.
  • Speaker for various real estate investment training programs across Canada.
  • Authored dozens of articles on Real Estate Investment and Financing.
  • Frequent guest on the TV Show “The Everyday Investor”.
  • Host of the new TV Show “30 Minutes to Wealth”. This program will be focused on achieving success in real estate.

Lou Falco

Executive VP

Falco is a graduate of University of Western Ontario Ivey Business School (1980) and has successfully completed both the CA (1983) and CMA (1987) programs. Lou brings over thirty years of experience in finance, tax and business management. Lou has owned several businesses in the technology field including most recently Net Access Systems, Hamilton’s largest independent ISP. Lou also owned and managed a regional leasing company, Westbury Leasing for several years in Burlington. Lou has acted as a consultant to several developers in structuring the financing for development purchases and advised on the accounting, tax and financial planning of the projects. Lou is a senior manager at Valour Capital and currently assists us and our clients with assessing various opportunities and structuring financing including our mezzanine and equity solutions.

Maulin Mavani

Director of Construction

Maulin Mavani joined Valour Management in 2018 and is primarily responsible for the management of the construction portfolio. Maulin has over 12 years of experience, focused on working with clients as a trusted advisor and with construction teams to tackle complex challenges. He is results driven which is backed by complex problem-solving skills while working within cross-functional teams.

Maulin was formerly the Managing Director of J. Mavani & Co., which handled portfolios in the public and private multi-residential sectors, including senior housing. He has successfully managed a portfolio of over $350 million in international real estate projects with notable skills in client and team management. Maulin is a licensed Professional Engineer and certified Project Management Professional. He holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering degree from Gujarat University and a Master of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from Ryerson University.

Kyle Bittman

Director of Planning and Development

Kyle Bittman has established himself as a knowledgeable and diligent development executive. In his role with Valour Group, he is responsible for identifying profitable project opportunities, guiding the site design process and leading teams to successfully obtaining development approvals. He brings with him over 15 years of wide-ranging planning and development experience. With a very data-driven approach to the conceptualization and execution of the project vision, he focuses his attention on the fine details to ensure that each project is marketable and financially successful. Kyle has overseen the completion of dozens of large-scale residential, commercial and industrial projects throughout Ontario and beyond.
